How long does it take to get my money?
If the purchase is straight forward we can get your money to you in as little as 7 days. If we need to close through a title company, which we'll do if the transaction is not quite straight forward, it could take 15 to 60 days. Rest assured that we'll work closely with the title company and you to ensure we have all the documentation needed to close the transaction as quickly as possible. Generally, the more complex the transaction and the more paperwork needed, the longer the transaction. We'll do our best to set appropriate expectations on the timeline.
How does Land Dynamics, LLC determine the offer price for my property?
When determining our offer price, we'll look at the size, proximity to roads, type of roads, proximity to utilities, topography, and how rural the property is.
What if my property has back taxes? Is Land Dynamics, LLC still interested?
Yes, we are still interested! A significant percentage of the properties we buy have back taxes on the property. As long as they are not excessive when compared to the value of the property, we will proceed with the purchase and pay off the back taxes for you. Remember, we won't ask you to pay ANYTHING to close the transaction!
Are you a real estate agent?
